Our client is seeking a Platform and Fund Services Senior to provide high-quality operational and financial services across investment partnerships, fund structures, and related entities. This role is integral to ensuring financial control, risk management, and process improvement while engaging with key stakeholders. The successful candidate will support strategic initiatives, oversee financial performance, and contribute to the transformation of operational processes.

Job Duties:

• Support the definition and implementation of strategic goals for Platform & Fund Services.
• Manage financial and operational controls for investment partnerships, including HoldCo, fund structures, and SPVs.
• Oversee regulated entities, ensuring compliance and accurate financial reporting.
• Produce and analyse monthly financial performance, management accounts, and KPIs.
• Assist in valuations, cashflow forecasting, liquidity monitoring, and budgeting.
• Review annual accounts and financial control processes for investment partnerships.
• Provide key financial reporting and insights to corporate functions and boards.
• Collaborate with external vendors, including auditors and third-party administrators.
• Contribute to the management and oversight of portfolio and financial systems.
• Support audits, internal controls, and ongoing operational projects.
• Foster a culture of process improvement and efficiency across finance and operations.
• Assist in mentoring and coaching junior team members within the department.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in middle-office operational services, financial control, or fund services.
• Strong financial and accounting awareness, particularly in fund structures and LTIP processes.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong time management and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
• Experience working with valuation, forecasting, budgeting, and investment monitoring.
• Knowledge of financial reporting, compliance, and oversight of regulated entities.
• Ability to drive operational efficiencies and transformation within a finance function.
