Job summary

Board Intelligence is building a new Platform Experience team to deliver web applications and APIs powering the platform. You will work on authentication, identity and security for enterprise clients, shaping scalable product features from day one.

You will collaborate with a highly experienced engineer, apply a stack including Ruby, TypeScript (React), Python and Java, and leverage AI coding tools to move faster while upholding engineering standards.

Qualifications

• Upper mid-level to senior software engineering experience.
• Proficient with Ruby; comfortable across multiple languages.
• Strong foundations in system design, testing and code quality.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and ship web applications and APIs for the platform.
• Lead platform features like authentication and identity for enterprise clients.
• Collaborate with clients’ IT teams to gather requirements and challenge assumptions.
• Ensure security and data protection standards meet regulated client expectations.
• Work across Ruby, TypeScript (React), Python and Java; contribute to security-focused work.
