Job summary

Accenture UK is seeking experienced engineers to design and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines, implement cloud automation, and optimize cloud environments. You will collaborate across development and infrastructure teams, ensure security in CI/CD, and contribute to observability with a modern tech stack.

You’ll work in a DevOps culture with GenAI initiatives and opportunities to grow skills on client projects, including onsite mobility and travel across the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and maintaining scalable CI/CD pipelines for automating software delivery.
• Hands-on experience with cloud automation tools to provision and manage infrastructure as code.
• Deep understanding of system performance optimization for cloud environments.
• Deep understanding of cloud security best practices, including IAM, encryption, and security monitoring.
• Experience integrating security into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Snyk, Aqua Security, or Vault.
• Strong collaboration skills to work across development and infrastructure teams on cloud infrastructure management.
• Experience setting up monitoring, logging, and alerting for improved observability in SRE using GitHub, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, Terraform, GitLab, Snyk, Vault, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk.
• Experience working in DevOps teams with industry-standard practices.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI or pursuing GenAI projects outside of work.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines for automated software delivery.
• Leverage cloud automation tools to provision and manage infrastructure as code.
• Optimize performance of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Implement cloud security best practices across IAM, encryption and monitoring.
• Integrate security into CI/CD using Snyk, Vault or similar tools.
• Collaborate across development and infrastructure teams on cloud infrastructure management.
• Set up monitoring, logging and alerting for observability with the listed tech stack.
• Engage in DevOps practices and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Demonstrate GenAI with hands-on projects or practical use-cases.
