Job summary

Ineffable in London is hiring a Platform Engineer to join our office. You will own the infrastructure that powers a scaled AI research platform, focusing on reliable GPU compute, fast developer environments, and a humming global platform.

You’ll shape the design of the platform as a foundational hire, working with Kubernetes, GPU scheduling tools, and cloud services to accelerate experimentation and progress in AI. This role offers ownership and impact on a groundbreaking mission.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and operating large-scale AI platform infrastructure.
• Experience with GPU compute scheduling and multi-node orchestration.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and containerized environments.
• Proficiency with cloud providers (Google Cloud) and observability tooling (Grafana, Datadog).
• Ability to own and shape platform decisions with fast, high-quality judgment.

Responsibilities

• Own and operate the platform infrastructure for large-scale GPU compute.
• Maintain reliable developer environments and fast runtimes for experimentation.
• Build and improve observability to make troubleshooting faster.
