• 5 days a week in office (City of London)
• Up to £100,000 + Bonus

Join a forward-thinking financial services firm with 400+ years of history and a modern, agile tech culture. You’ll be part of a 300-strong technology team focused on building a high-performance Kubernetes platform to support low-latency trading, data analytics, and more.

What you’ll do:

• Design and manage bare-metal Kubernetes clusters
• Work with Linux, network, and security teams to secure and scale the platform
• Build tools for service discovery, policy enforcement, and intelligent traffic routing
• Automate infrastructure using Terraform, Ansible, Helm, and CI/CD pipelines

What we’re looking for:

• Strong Linux (Ubuntu & RHEL) and Kubernetes experience
• Solid networking knowledge (TCP/IP, BGP, VLANs)
• Scripting and automation skills (Python, Bash, GitOps tools)
• Experience in secure, regulated environments (PAM, policy-as-code)
