We are looking for talented Platform Engineers and Technical Leaders with a passion to positively impact the lives of many through technology.

As a member of our Next Gen Engineering team, you will have the opportunity to:

1. Create Innovative Platform Solutions: Take part in architecting and implementing cutting-edge platform engineering solutions tailored to address unique business challenges across several industries.
2. Technical Leadership: Display your technical leadership skills by guiding and collaborating with both onshore and offshore engineering team members during client projects, ensuring successful outcomes.

We are looking for experience in the following skills:

• You have experience designing and maintaining scalable CI/CD pipelines for automating software delivery.
• You have hands-on experience with cloud automation tools (e.g., AWS CloudFormation, Terraform) to provision and manage infrastructure as code efficiently.
• You should have a deep understanding of system performance optimization for cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• You should have a deep understanding of cloud security best practices, including identity and access management (IAM), encryption, and security monitoring in the cloud.
• You have experience integrating security into the CI/CD pipeline using tools like Snyk, Aqua Security, or HashiCorp Vault for secret management.
• You should have strong collaboration skills to work across development and infrastructure teams on cloud infrastructure management.
• You should have experience in setting up monitoring, logging, and alerting for improved system observability.
• Tech Stack:
  GitHub, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, Terraform, Gitlab, Synk, Vault, Prometheus, Grafana, Elk, Splunk
