Job summary

Neo4j is expanding its Software Delivery team and seeking an ambitious Engineer to help build an internal developer platform within Aura. The role focuses on Platform Engineering, advancing tooling and workflows to empower Aura teams to deliver software faster and more reliably.

Ideal candidates will have strong Kubernetes and Golang experience, plus a solid background with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Argo tooling. Join a dynamic team driving modern software delivery across the cloud ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Strong Kubernetes experience with hands-on mastery of core resources (Pods, Deployments, StatefulSets).
• Golang proficiency across multiple projects, including microservices, scripting, and tooling.
• Credible experience with CI/CD pipelines and deploying to Kubernetes clusters.

Responsibilities

• Improve CI runners and build systems to speed up delivery.
• Collaborate on delivering software to production using containerized workflows.
• Advance Kubernetes as a control-plane to empower engineers across Aura teams.
• Build and improve internal tooling for components, testing, and upgraded delivery platforms.
• Promote modern software development practices like CD, feature flags, and testing in production.
