Job summary

BlueCrest Capital Management ищет опытного инженера платформы для проектирования и поддержки многоарендной частной и публичной облачной инфраструктуры, а также для обеспечения бесперебойной работы технологий и торговли по всему миру.

Кандидат должен обладать глубокими знаниями Microsoft server технологий, VMware, Kubernetes и IaC, уметь работать в условиях давления и быстро обучаться новым инструментам. Лондонская локация, гибридный режим работы возможен.

Qualifications

• 5+ лет опыта работы в индустрии
• Опыт эксплуатации и поддержки платформ с упором на Microsoft серверные технологии
• Опыт проектирования, архитектуры и поддержки VMware и Microsoft Hyper-V
• Опыт работы с контейнерами (Kubernetes)
• Опыт интеграции, обеспечения высокой доступности, сетей и балансировки нагрузки
• Опыт администрирования Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint Online)
• Опыт работы в публичных облаках (Azure или AWS)
• Практики IaC для on-prem и облачных IaaS
• Автоматизация и оркестрация сервисов через Git, Ansible, Jenkins, Terraform, ServiceNow
• Scripting PowerShell и Python
• Знакомство с API и структурами JSON/YAML

Its infrastructure spans end-user and office environments, co-location data centres, on-premise systems, hosted platforms, and public cloud services.

• Design, engineer, and support multi-tenant private and public cloud initiatives
• Deliver technology services to global Trading, middle and back office, and Technology functions
• Plan, implement, and support new, diverse, and existing technology initiatives
• Provide system integration, support, and continuous improvement across platforms
• Standardise and improve repeatability through automation and orchestration
• Translate requirements into supported solutions and environments for proprietary and commercial software
• Provide exceptional service levels to stakeholders
• Understand key business processes and how delivered solutions enhance the business
• Work independently and as part of a team to meet project and BAU objectives

• At least 5 years of industry experience
• Comprehensive platform engineering and support experience focused on Microsoft server technologies
• Experience with on-premise bare-metal hardware deployments, preferably HPE
• Experience designing, architecting, and supporting VMware and Microsoft Hyper-V virtualisation platforms
• Experience with container technologies such as Kubernetes
• Enterprise integration experience covering security, high availability, networking, and load balancing
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Entra ID, Teams, and SharePoint Online
• Experience supporting public cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure or AWS
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code for on-premise and cloud IaaS
• Experience automating and orchestrating cross-platform services using Source Control, Ansible, Jenkins, Terraform, and ServiceNow
• Scripting or programming skills in PowerShell and Python
• Familiarity with APIs and data structures such as JSON and YAML
• Experience with GenAI technologies via public cloud, OpenAI, AWS, or similar
• Analytical, methodical, and strong problem-solving skills
• Experience delivering critical BAU, advanced engineering, and technology services in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a diverse team
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Commitment to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing
• Nice to have: Experience in a similar role within a financial institution
