Junior to Mid-Level DevOps Engineer – AWS / Kubernetes / Terraform

• £45,000 - £75,000 DOE
• Hybrid / Remote with Secure Site Access (as required)

ABOUT THE CLIENT:
We’re working with a high-assurance technology business delivering advanced, ultra-secure cloud-native platforms for the national security and defence space. They specialise in designing and building next-generation infrastructure to support some of the most sensitive and mission-critical programmes across the UK. With demand continuing to rise, they’re looking for Junior to Mid-Level DevOps Engineers to join a growing delivery team and support complex engineering projects from day one.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
You’ll work within a high-performing DevOps team, contributing to the build and automation of secure cloud-native environments. From day one, you'll gain exposure to infrastructure-as-code, containerisation, CI/CD pipelines and monitoring solutions. You’ll support the delivery of secure applications, help automate platform builds, and play a key role in delivering infrastructure for sensitive public sector programmes.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

• Working knowledge of AWS, with experience in secure cloud environments
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and modern containerisation practices
• Familiarity with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code
• Basic understanding of CI/CD concepts using tools like GitLab or Drone
• Exposure to monitoring tools such as Grafana, CloudWatch or Prometheus
• Interest in security-focused development and cloud operations
• Must hold UK*C or Enhanced DV Clearance (or be eligible)
