Job summary

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty seeks a Platform Engineer to own and evolve the AWS infrastructure supporting our luxury online experience. You will work in nimble squads, driving automation, reliability, and scalable cloud architectures using Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, and GitHub Actions.

You will collaborate with product managers and designers, contributing to DevOps practices, security, and seamless deployment workflows.

Qualifications

• Proven AWS cloud engineering experience.
• Proficient in Terraform for infrastructure as code.
• Hands‑on Docker & container orchestration expertise.
• Kubernetes experience for production workloads.
• Strong GitHub Actions for CI/CD pipelines.
• Networking fundamentals (VPCs, load balancers, routing).
• Scripting in Python or Bash for automation.
• Observability with Grafana and related tooling.
• Understanding of security best practices in cloud environments.
• Collaborative DevOps mindset supporting multi‑team delivery.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and evolve AWS platform infrastructure to deliver a luxury shopping experience.
• Enable cross‑functional squads to self‑serve provisioning from AWS catalog.
• Improve tooling and developer experience for rapid, reliable deployments.
• Review and optimize cloud infrastructure for security, performance and cost.
• Receive ongoing mentoring and skills development.
• Contribute to SRE and incident response preparedness.
