Job summary

Bloom & Wild Group’s Tech team is seeking engineers to join squads, improving bottlenecks in domain systems and building shared tooling for all developers. The role includes rolling out AI-driven capabilities across development, code reviews and incident response.

You will contribute to core infrastructure, automation, and production support while working with AWS, Terraform and modern tech across Ruby/Python codebases. This is a hybrid/remote UK-Europe opportunity with generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Hands-on AWS & Terraform with ECS Fargate, RDS, Lambda or EventBridge.
• Strong CI/CD and observability practices.
• Experience with Ruby or Python codebases.
• Interest in applying AI tools in development and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Internal Tooling: Create feature flags, canary rollouts, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Core Infrastructure: Manage and optimise AWS, GitHub, Datadog, and Cloudflare.
