Platform Engineer

Platform Engineer: Responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining servers. This includes tasks like setting up hardware, installing operating systems, managing network settings, and ensuring the servers run smoothly.

Responsibilities:

1. Experience in managing on-prem and cloud deployments (AWS)
2. Familiarity with vendor tool automation in Windows/Linux both on-prem and cloud
3. Experience in install automation/scripting: Python, Power Shell, Ansible, Terraform, etc.
4. Automation and management of repeatable builds/silent installs

BI Administration: Experience with administration of one or more tools (more than one preferred).

Responsibilities:

1. Automation of monitoring and alerting
2. Troubleshooting/investigation of performance and product outages
3. Ability to work with the vendor to troubleshoot issues
4. (Preferred) Experience with SaaS BI Tools (Power BI/Tableau Cloud), integration and management of bridge/tunneling components
