Job summary

PIB Employee Benefits, part of PIB Group, is seeking a Delivery Specialist to join our team. You will deliver benefits technology and data processing support, manage your own portfolio of clients, and collaborate with colleagues across the business to ensure work is accurate and on time.

You’ll apply your Microsoft Office and systems management experience to support portals, renewals, launches, updates, and client queries within service levels.

In this role, you'll deliver benefits technology and data processing support, lead our smaller proposition to clients, and help ensure client work is completed accurately and on time.Please note: while a good technical understanding of Employee Benefits platforms is desirable, it is not essential.
