Connect by Cocentric is growing fast – and we’re looking for a hands-on Platform Architect to shape its technical future. Connect bridges HR systems and digital tools to give frontline employees seamless, secure access – without email addresses or complexity. As our Platform Architect, you’ll work at the intersection of engineering, product, and customer delivery – setting technical direction, guiding architectural decisions, and helping scale a secure, modular, and high-performing platform. You’ll lead on everything from architecture and infrastructure to mentoring engineers and helping shape the product roadmap.

What you will do

• Design, lead, and evolve the technical architecture of the Connect platform
• Make decisions on tech stack, infrastructure, frameworks, and integration approaches
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Connect to align architecture with roadmap priorities
• Provide hands-on technical leadership – contributing code, conducting reviews, and guiding decisions
• Mentor and support a growing engineering team, ensuring high-quality delivery
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable and maintainable systems
• Focus on performance, reliability, and security at scale
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies and contribute to continuous improvement

What you’ll bring

• Proven experience architecting and scaling B2B SaaS platforms
• Experience integrating with APIs and identity platforms (e.g., Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD)
• Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure – ideally Azure and Service Fabric
• A collaborative mindset – comfortable working across product, engineering, and client delivery
• A pragmatic, hands-on approach to problem-solving and decision-making
• Background in IAM or SSO is a bonus
