About the Role

iCapital is seeking an Analyst or Associate to join the Operations team within our Client Success vertical. This role focuses on enhancing operational scalability, driving innovation, and delivering operational excellence to our clients and partners. The individual will become an expert on the iCapital platform, understanding advisor and fund manager needs, and contributing to its growth. This is a collaborative role with a focus on improving operational processes.

Responsibilities
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the platform to address client inquiries effectively.
  • Manage fund launch processes end-to-end for top wealth and asset managers.
  • Handle internal and external inquiries through effective queue management, optimizing client experience.
  • Maintain and improve internal resources and pipelines to support operations.
  • Become an expert on the iCapital platform to better educate clients and internal teams.
  • Document processes, procedures, and training related to platform and client interactions.
Qualifications
  • 3-6 years of experience in investment operations, middle-office, client operations, or technical support.
  • Ability to convey complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills; ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical troubleshooting and pattern recognition skills.
  • Patience and client-centric approach to platform support.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex topics straightforwardly.
  • Adaptability to a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
Benefits

The salary range for this role is $70,000 to $110,000. iCapital offers a comprehensive compensation package including salary, equity, and annual performance bonuses. Benefits include a matched retirement plan, subsidized healthcare (dental, vision, telemedicine, mental health), parental leave, and unlimited PTO.

Employees will work in-office four days a week with one day remote, depending on departmental needs.
