• Perform repairs on plates, pipes, channels, and brackets.
• Execute MMA welding on mild steel plate.
• Assist mechanical trades during workflows.

Overview

Integrate Engineering are recruiting for additional Plater Welders on behalf of our client for a cement plant in Derbyshire. The work will involve plate repairs and welding on existing steel plate and channel. Duties will include:

Responsibilities

• Using oxyacetylene burning equipment to remove sections of plate
• Setting out, marking and cutting steel plate
• Plate, pipe, channel and bracket repairs
• MMA welding on mild steel plate
• Assisting mechanical trades
• Further work is available to follow
