Job Description

I am currently recruiting experienced Structural/Heavy Steel Fabricators/Platers to join a leading structural steel business based in Lostock, Bolton. They are offering immediate starts on both the day and the night shift.

Great PAYE pay rates:

  • Day Shift: £18.19ph Basic, £41,618 pa
  • Night Shift: £24.25ph Basic, £55,484 pa

Shifts & Overtime:

  • Day Shift - Monday – Thursday: 06:45 – 17:00 (30-minute unpaid lunch), Friday: 06:45 – 11:45
  • Night Shift - Monday to Wednesday: 18:00 – 06:30, Thursday: 18:00 – 02:00
  • 44 hours per week
  • Overtime available at enhanced rates

The Role:

  • Lay out and tack up complex fabrications
  • Profile components to required tolerances
  • Work from detailed drawings

Minimum Requirements:

  • Strong background in heavy structural steel welding
  • Experience working to structural coded standards
  • Ability to work from detailed drawings
