About the Role: As a Plate Mounter, you will be an essential part of a printing process, ensuring that printing plates are meticulously mounted according to work order specifications and artwork requirements. Your expertise will directly contribute to the smooth operation. Please note that occasional travel to our other location may be required for additional support.

What You'll Do:

Retrieve plates from the Plate Library with precision.
Locate cylinders/sleeves and load them onto the microdot mounting machine using an excellent level of attention to detail.
Set plates and cameras, ensuring correct positioning as per work order instructions.
Fill plates with liquid if needed and tape the edges.
Strip plates and tape from cylinders/sleeves upon job completion.
Maintain a tidy workspace by organising cylinders/sleeves after finishing your tasks.

A manufacturing background (preferred).
