An established healthcare provider is seeking a Clinical Fellow in Plastic Surgery. Applications are invited for the above post based at Ninewells Hospital & Medical School, Dundee.
This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain further experience in Plastic Surgery and Hand Surgery at Specialist Trainee (ST Registrar) level.
The post is available from 6th August 2025 for 12 months.
The successful candidate will join a team of seven other specialist trainees, six clinical fellows (CT level), and ten Consultant Plastic Surgeons. Although this post is not formally recognised for training, the role will be broadly similar to that of the Specialist Trainee and offer opportunities across a broad spectrum of plastic, reconstructive, and hand surgery. Department strengths include skin oncology, hand surgery and trauma, microsurgical breast reconstruction, and a wide range of general plastic surgery.
Candidates should have MRCS (or equivalent) and demonstrate experience in Plastic and Hand Surgery at Core Trainee or Clinical Fellow level for at least six months, ideally longer. This post is particularly suitable for those preparing for Plastic Surgery national selection applications.
