Reporting Line

Production Supervisor

Role and Responsibilities
  1. Perform assembly work to produce semi-finished or final products/systems/panels, including packing in conjunction with production lines.
  2. Use manual methods or light hand tools to complete tasks.
  3. Conduct regular quality testing as part of the production process.
  4. Operate within standard operating procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing.
  • Proficiency with tools such as tape measures, calipers, grinders, and other hand tools.
  • Ability to safely use a ladder if required.
  • Capability to lift, push, and pull up to 40 lbs.
  • Must have valid work authorization for employment in the US.
