Job summary

Home Group in the North East is seeking a skilled plasterer to join our repairs and maintenance team. You will carry out plastering works across responsive and void properties, delivering first-time quality and a high standard of workmanship.

You should have NVQ Level 2 City and Guilds or an equivalent plastering qualification, and domestic housing experience. A full UK driving licence and DBS check are also required.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 City and Guilds or equivalent qualification in plastering/tiling.
• Experienced plasterer within domestic housing.
• Flexible approach and able to use own initiative; inclusive culture emphasised.

Responsibilities

• Complete plastering works across repairs, maintenance and refurbishments.

What you'll do

• All allocated jobs are completed right first time, with a whole job repair approach, providing a brilliant service for our customers
• Plastering works across repairs, maintenance and property refurbishments
• Delivering high-quality and compliant work
• Multi skilling to improve first time fixes and prevent multiple visits to customers' homes
• All jobs are scheduled so you know exactly where you need to be

• NVQ Level 2 City and Guilds or equivalent qualification in plastering/tiling.

• Experience in other building trade areas (multi skilled)

The practical bits

• Working Monday to Friday, as well as on call out of hours service on a rota basis
• You have a full current driving licence, as you will be provided with a company van for business use and commuting
• Confident using technology to access scheduled jobs
• You'll need a Basic DBS and Health check which we pay for
• You'll cover a patch in the North East working in our customers properties
