Long Term Role

Position Profile

• Accountabilities:
• His/her duties will include being competent and familiar with:
• Mechanical and Hand Tools
• Trowelling, Floating & Rolling
• Abrasive wheels and conversant with Regulations/Standards.
• Concrete Coating standards and specifications and the individual types of surface preparation, application methods, and coating operations.
• Be aware of the implications of legislation or other good industry practices, relating to the tasks on which they are based.
• With the safety personnel, oversee the implementation of risk and safety assessments.
• Show a personal example of good safety practice.
• Liaise with Supervision and Site Safety Personnel.
• As directed, carry out painting tasks in accordance with specifications and instructions.
• Compliance with assessment and plan of work.
• Full compliance with Client, Legislative, and Company Procedures.
• Ensure correct preparation of workpieces and use and selection of materials.
• Check equipment prior to use and maintain it during work and on completion.
• Achieve project delivery schedules. Achieve safety objectives as team members.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience in plastering or a similar trade
• Pre-Qualification Technical Profile
