Are you a skilled and experienced Plasterer and External Wall Renderer seeking an exciting opportunity in the Retrofit industry? Position Title: Plasterer / Renderer

Location: Works will mainly be around Manchester and Cheshire, but Edge EPC do operate across the North West and some travel will be required.

Working Hours: Site based 8am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday. Weekend overtime available by agreement.

Salary: £24k-£36k Depending on experience. Contract works will also be considered.

Job Description:

As a Plaster / Render Installer at Edge EPC Ltd., you will play a key role in transforming internal and external surfaces through plastering and rendering techniques. Your responsibilities will include applying plaster and rendering materials to external walls, ensuring smooth and durable finishes that enhance the appearance and durability of structures. You will keep records on company issued iPads.

You will maintain a clean work area, leaving the property ready for occupation after your works.

Key Requirements:

• Good communication skills, behaving in a respectful and courteous manner.
• Attention to detail and produce high quality finishes.
• Proven experience.
• Willingness to assist on other works as the company requires.
• Open to new methods of working.
• Driving Licence.
• Demonstrate excellent knowledge of best practice Health and Safety in the workplace.
• This role will require the applicant to complete a satisfactory DBS Check.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience of working in a social or domestic housing environment would be ideal.
• Level 2 NVQ.
• Strong knowledge of insulation materials and installation techniques.
• Knowledge on ventilation requirements.
