Qualifications

Plasterer Multiskilled (241056)

Working in our properties across Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire, Buckinghamshire (including Peterborough, Corby, Kettering, Northampton, and Milton Keynes)

Permanent, full-time (37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with on-call rota)

Circa £36,711 per annum plus van, generous on-call allowance, and great benefits including Health Cash Plan

Typical day as a Plasterer

  1. Complete all allocated jobs right first time, adopting a whole job repair approach to provide excellent service for our customers.
  2. Perform plastering works across repairs, maintenance, and property refurbishments.
  3. Deliver high-quality, compliant work.
  4. Utilize multi-skilling to improve first-time fixes and reduce multiple visits to customers’ homes.
  5. Work across properties in Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire, Buckinghamshire (including Peterborough, Corby, Kettering, Northampton, and Milton Keynes). All jobs are scheduled for clarity.

You have

  1. City and Guilds NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in plastering/tiling or relevant experience.
  2. Experience as a plasterer within domestic housing.
  3. Experience in other building trades (multi-skilled).
  4. A flexible approach, able to use your initiative and judgment.
  5. A full current driving license, as a company van will be provided for business use and commuting.

Job details

  1. Work Monday to Friday, with participation in an out-of-hours rota on a voluntary basis, with additional generous on-call pay.
  2. Work in properties across the Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire, Buckinghamshire area. Our office is based in Northampton (Pavillion Drive).
  3. Use technology for logging jobs, online learning, and collaboration.
  4. A Basic DBS check is required; we will cover the cost.
