Position Details

Type: Permanent, full-time (37.5 hpw Monday to Friday, with on call on a rota basis)

Salary: £33,433 per annum plus van, generous on call allowance, and great benefits including Health Cash Plan

Typical Day as a Multiskilled Plasterer

1. Complete all allocated jobs right first time, providing excellent service for our customers.
2. Perform plastering works across repairs, maintenance, and property refurbishments.
3. Deliver high-quality and compliant work.
4. Employ multi-skilling to improve first-time fixes and reduce multiple visits.
5. Work across properties in the North East.

Qualifications & Experience

• City and Guilds NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in plastering/tiling with experience.
• Experienced plasterer within domestic housing.
• Experience in other building trades (multi-skilled).
• Flexible, able to use your initiative and judgment.
• Full current driving license, as a company van will be provided.

Job Details

• Work Monday to Friday, with participation in an out-of-hours rota, with additional on-call payments.
• Work in properties across the North East, based in Belmont, Durham.
• Use technology for logging jobs, online learning, and collaboration.
• A Basic DBS check is required; we cover the cost.
