Job Description - Plasterer Multiskilled (25397)

Working in our properties across the North East

Permanent, full time (37.5 hpw Monday to Friday, with on call on a rota basis)

Salary £33,433 per annum plus van, generous on call allowance and great benefits including Health Cash Plan

Typical day as a Plasterer Multiskilled

• Complete all allocated jobs right first time, with a whole job repair approach, providing excellent service for our customers.
• Perform plastering works across repairs, maintenance, and property refurbishments.
• Deliver high-quality and compliant work.
• Utilize multi-skilling to improve first-time fixes and reduce multiple visits to customers’ homes.
• Work in properties across the North East. Jobs are scheduled so you know exactly where to be.

You have

• City and Guilds NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification in plastering/tiling with experience.
• Experience as a plasterer within domestic housing.
• Experience in other building trades (multi-skilled).
• A flexible approach, able to use your own initiative and judgment.
• A full current driving license, as a company van will be provided for business use and commuting.

Job details

• Work Monday to Friday, with participation in an out-of-hours rota, with additional on-call pay.
• Work in properties across the North East. Our office is based in Belmont, Durham.
• Use technology for logging jobs, online learning, and collaboration.
• A Basic DBS check is required; we cover the cost.
