Plasterer Multiskilled - Working across properties in the North East

Type: Permanent, full-time (37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday, with on-call rota)

Salary: £33,433 per annum plus van, generous on-call allowance, and benefits including Health Cash Plan

About the Role

Are you an experienced Plasterer looking for a new opportunity with a great employer? Join our repairs and maintenance team to carry out high-quality, right-first-time work across responsive and void properties. Work alongside a fantastic team and make a real difference in our customers' lives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Complete all allocated jobs right first time, adopting a whole-job repair approach.
  2. Perform plastering works across repairs, maintenance, and refurbishments.
  3. Deliver high-quality, compliant work.
  4. Utilize multi-skilling to improve first-time fixes and reduce customer visits.
  5. Work in properties across the North East, with scheduled jobs ensuring clarity on locations.
Candidate Requirements
  • City and Guilds NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in plastering/tiling with experience.
  • Experience as a plasterer within domestic housing.
  • Additional skills in other building trades (multi-skilled).
  • Flexible, proactive approach, able to use initiative and judgment.
  • Full current driving license; company van provided for work and commuting.
Additional Information

Due to sponsorship limits, we cannot currently offer sponsorship to external candidates. This is under regular review.
