Plasterer / Multi Trader

Baillie Reynolds Maintenance Ltd specializes in serving the local social housing market. Our services include voids, planned works, larger repairs, and occasional responsive repairs.

Due to high demand and the expansion of our company, we are looking for several Plasterer Multi Traders within the BS postcode region.

Duties & Requirements for Plasterer / Multi Trader:

  • Proven experience as a plasterer as the main trade
  • Confidence in other trades such as basic carpentry, plumbing, painting, and decorating
  • Time-served trade experience is highly regarded; please apply if you have this
  • Maintain effective working relationships with internal and external clients and customers
  • Ensure a safe environment for site staff and residents
  • Present a smart appearance as we are a customer-facing business

Qualifications & Experience for the Plasterer / Multi Trader:

  • Social housing background preferred but not essential
  • Good organizational skills
  • All levels of experience considered; we value passion and high-quality workmanship
  • City & Guilds/NVQ or relevant experience
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Full clean driving license

Benefits & Package:

  • PAYE or Self-employed options; salary will be discussed upon application

  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
