Fortus Recruitment Group Limited are seeking a Plasterer/Wet Trade for a permanent role in South East London. You'll carry out plastering across occupied and void properties, with experience of social housing environments and daily tenant interaction.

The role covers plastering (all aspects including ceilings), tiling on walls, painting, and minor carpentry. A company van, fuel card, holiday entitlement, pension, and overtime options are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience of working in social housing properties.
• Able to deal with tenants on a daily basis.
• Plastering to a high standard; includes ceilings, tiling, painting, minor carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Plastering across all areas including ceilings.
• Tile walls where required.
• Paint surfaces and perform minor carpentry tasks.

My client a well established contractor currently require a Plasterer/Wet trade who can carry out all aspects of plastering within both occupied and void properties.

I am looking for someone with experience of working within social housing properties and experience of dealing with tenants on a daily basis. This work will be in South East London area.

I am looking for someone to cover the trades below to a good standard:

• Plastering - all aspects including ceilings
• Tiling - Walls
• Painting
• Minor Carpentry

This is a permanent position where you will receive a company van, fuel card, holiday, pension and options for overtime.
