Job summary

Daniel Owen Ltd is seeking a skilled Plasterer for social housing projects in the South East London area. You will join the Property Services team to carry out plastering and rendering across occupied and void properties.

The role requires a full UK driving license and experience in multi-trade maintenance. You will contribute to other trades when needed and work across social housing contracts.

Qualifications

• Experience working in social housing or council properties.
• A full UK driving license (essential for travel to sites).
• Previous multi-trade experience is advantageous.

• Completing void work (properties that are vacant and require maintenance)

Daniel Owen are recruiting for a social housing contractor covering across the Dartford area. We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Plasterer / Wet Trades Operative to join their team on an ongoing basis, working across a variety of social housing projects.
