Job summary

A leading Social Housing maintenance and construction contractor in Birmingham is seeking an experienced Multi-Trader. In this ongoing role, you will work across multiple properties, primarily foucsed on plastering and performing other maintenance tasks. Candidates must have the necessary qualifications, tools, and a valid legal permit to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• A valid CSCS Skilled Card is required.
• 2-3 years experience in residential settings as a Plasterer/Multi-Trader.
• Own tools and transport, including a clean driving license.
• A Basic DBS Certificate is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Work in void and occupied properties to complete mainly plastering works.
• Perform other multi-trader duties including painting and fixing hinges.

Multi-Trader

Rate: GBP23.00ph (Personal CIS)

Location: Across South Birmingham

Hours: 40 hours per week

Duration: Ongoing work

Nelson Permanent Placements are currently working with a market-leading Social Housing maintenance and construction contractor.

As a Multi-Trader, you will be required to work in void & occupied properties to complete mainly plastering works (damp and mould) and other multi trader duties (including filling, skimming, painting, plastering and fixing hinges)

Multi-Trader Requirements:

• A Valid CSCS Skilled Card
• 2-3 years experience as a Plasterer/Multi Trader (within Residential settings).
• Own tools and means of transport (Including a Clean Driving licence)
• A Basic DBS Certificate
