We are looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced individual for the role of Plasterer (Multi-skilled) in the Responsive repairs team. The team is responsible for delivering repairs and maintenance across properties across the North East.

About the role

The role has become available due to our continued growth in the North East and as part of our on-going commitment to provide as many good quality homes as we can; to deliver excellent service to our customers; and to shape strong, sustainable places for our communities.

About you

We are looking for a multi-skilled Plasterer to join the team to assist Karbon Homes in delivering an excellent repairs service that promotes a culture of customer first and continuous improvement.

You should have completed a recognized plastering trade apprenticeship and possess all the skills necessary to deliver all aspects of plastering works to a high standard in occupied and void, domestic and non-domestic, premises ranging from minor repairs to fully plastered out properties.

You should hold relevant qualifications (refer to person specification) and experience and practical knowledge of multi-skilled works in other trades such as Tiling.

Customer service skills are essential for this role, as is an excellent knowledge of health and safety.

A full UK driving license is essential.

  • Salary is £33,148 per annum
  • Location: North East - Durham/Teesside
  • Regular travel will be required
  • 37 Hours per week
