Join to apply for the Plasterer Multi-Repairs role at Gilmartins.

Base pay range

Gilmartins is recruiting an experienced Plasterer (patch and larger areas) with skills such as painting, mould wash, re-pointing, and basic carpentry. Previous experience in social housing is preferred.

We work in social housing, providing reactive repairs for local authorities and housing associations in High Wycombe and surrounding areas (Princes Risborough, Marlow). Regular travel is required across these areas.

Role responsibilities include:
  • Carrying out property repairs and maintenance in social housing
  • Working according to Scope of Works on PDA for each job
Minimum requirements:
  • Level 2 or 3 qualification in Plastering with certificates
  • CSCS card
  • Full UK manual driving license
  • Own tools
  • Experience in social housing
  • DBS certificate

Working hours:

8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday, with call-outs once every 4 weeks (on-call from Monday to Sunday, 5pm to 1am, £35-£50 per call-out).
