Job summary

A leading team in the social housing sector is seeking an experienced Social Housing Maintenance Plasterer Multi Trader to cover Ealing. Responsibilities include carrying out repairs and maintenance work, responding to requests, and conducting property inspections. The ideal candidate will have NVQ/City & Guilds in Plastering and a full UK Driving Licence. A competitive salary of up to £44k per year and a van with a fuel card are provided.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Plasterer Multi Trader, ideally within the social housing or maintenance sector.
• Confident in Plastering, Painting & Tiling.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Carry out Plasterer Multi Trader repairs and maintenance work within social housing properties.
