Job description

We are currently recruiting an experienced Plasterer to join our team on a job share basis.

Wednesday 12.30-16.30, Thursday 0800-1600 and Friday 0800-1530

Duties
  1. Carry out plastering, finishing work and general maintenance to our properties to the highest standard.
  2. Abide by the requirements of HASAWA and all other related safety regulations.
  3. Update system information using Dynamic Repairs Scheduler.
  4. Originate, maintain and provide updated work documentation as required.
  5. Driving to and from premises around the Bradford district.
About you
  • Honest, courteous, diligent and punctual.
  • Self motivated and able to use your own initiative.
  • Willing and enthusiastic about undergoing training and improving on your professional skills.
  • Have basic IT skills to be able to update our systems via a smart phone or tablet.
  • A great team player.
  • A minimum of an NVQ Level 2 in Plastering or equivalent qualifications.
  • A full current driving license and able to drive manual vehicles.
  • Relevant, substantial experience in plastering or finishing, repair render and damp treatments in either site work, refurbishments or day to day maintenance works.
  • An awareness of Health and Safety systems such as COSHH and HASAWA.
  • Confidence to work at heights regularly.
  • A full set of your own tools.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
