Job summary

Pro Staff Construction is seeking an experienced CSCS Plasterer to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis in Swansea and surrounding areas.

You will perform internal plastering and skimming on a mix of new build and refurbishment projects, with CIS/Self-Employed or PAYE options available.

A valid CSCS card, own tools and transport preferred, and a reliable work ethic are required as you work both independently and within a site team.

Pro Staff Construction are working with a busy and growing construction contractor who is looking to recruit an experienced CSCS Plasterer to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure long‑term work with a well‑established contractor delivering a mixture of new build and refurbishment projects across Swansea and the surrounding areas.

Duties:

• Internal plastering and skimming
• Patch repairs and making good
• Working on both new build and refurbishment projects
• Maintaining a high standard of workmanship
• Working independently and as part of the site team

Requirements:

• Valid CSCS Card
• Previous plastering experience
• Own tools and transport preferred
• Reliable with a strong work ethic
