Job summary

Pro Staff Construction is seeking an experienced CSCS plasterer to join their busy team on a temp-to-perm basis across Swansea and the surrounding areas. You will perform internal plastering and skimming, patch repairs, and work on both new build and refurbishment projects.

Competitive, negotiable hourly rate with CIS (Self-Employed) or PAYE available. Long-term opportunities with a growing contractor and potential to become a permanent member of the team.

Qualifications

• Experience in plastering, skimming and patch repairs.
• Valid CSCS card and ability to work to programme.
• Own tools and transport preferred (not required).
• Reliable with a strong work ethic and attention to quality.

Responsibilities

Pro Staff Construction are working with a busy and growing construction contractor who is looking to recruit an experienced CSCS Plasterer to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term work with a well-established contractor delivering a mixture of new build and refurbishment projects across Swansea and the surrounding areas.

Duties

• Internal plastering and skimming
• Patch repairs and making good
• Working on both new build and refurbishment projects
• Maintaining a high standard of workmanship
• Working independently and as part of the site team

• Previous plastering experience
• Own tools and transport preferred
