Responsibilities

• Carry out internal plastering, skimming and patch repairs in council properties.
• Prepare surfaces prior to plaster application and finish walls/ceilings to a high standard.
• Complete snagging and make good where required on site.
• Work on site as directed and maintain safety standards.

• Carrying out all aspects of internal plastering, including skimming and patch repairs in council properties
• Preparing surfaces prior to plaster application
• Repairing and finishing walls and ceilings to a high standard
• Completing snagging and making good where required
• Performing all required duties on site as instructed
• Conducting work according to industry health and safety standards

Requirements:
