Job summary

Ferris UK Ltd in Redditch is seeking skilled plasterers to support reinstatement and restoration projects, delivering high-quality plastering with strong boarding and skimming skills.

You will work closely with customers and team members, ensuring excellent results while mentoring others and helping the team grow. A full UK driving licence is required for this on-site role.

What you'll be doing:

• Delivering high-quality plastering across reinstatement and restoration projects.
• Strong board and skimming work.
• Rendering, wet plaster, and lime work (advantageous but not essential).
• Working closely with customers and team members to ensure excellent results.
• Supporting the growth of the team by learning new skills—or by passing on experience and mentoring others.

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years' experience as a Plasterer - Excellent boarding and skimming skills.
• A positive, team-focused attitude with the ability to get along well with colleagues and customers.
• A willingness to learn and progress, or help others do the same.
• A full UK driving licence.
