Job Description:
Our client in Rochdale is looking for a skilled and experienced Plasterer with a background in Social Housing to join their team. The role involves working on Social Housing projects in and around the Northwich and Knutsford areas. This is a temporary, ongoing position with immediate start availability.

Plasterer Duties:

1. Undertake all aspects of plastering and associated work in tenanted properties
2. Patching, Skimming, and Boarding
3. 2-coat plaster work
4. Internal and external rendering
5. Installing coving, cornices, and insulation

Requirements:

1. Previous plastering experience in tenanted properties is essential
2. Must have own van and tools
