Job description

Wates has an opportunity for a Plasterer to join our team within the Responsive Maintenance division. You will be working out of our Lambeth office on a social housing contract, delivering reactive maintenance to residents.

Key Accountabilities:

• Undertaking repair and renewal works
• Advising the Supervisor when other trades are required
• Working on specific tasks independently
• Collaborating with other operatives to complete tasks
• Completing daily work sheets detailing work and materials used
• Working efficiently to meet programme deadlines

Candidate Requirements:

You should be an excellent communicator, capable of problem-solving, multitasking, and working under tight deadlines. A high standard of workmanship, productivity, and customer service is essential.
