Job Title: Plasterer - Property Services

Job Type: Permanent

Start Date: ASAP

Location: Kingston upon Thames

Salary: £21 - £21.40 per hour

A Plasterer is required to work for a local social housing contractor. The role involves carrying out maintenance works on occupied domestic properties. Ideally, candidates will also be able to perform basic multi-trade works, such as tiling, carpentry, and plumbing. Previous social housing and domestic experience are essential.

Daily responsibilities include:

1. Carrying out maintenance works on domestic properties
2. Providing high-quality customer service
3. Using a PDA system to organize and complete jobs

Requirements:

1. Must have a full UK driving license

3. Experience using a PDA
