Plasterer - Property Services

Job Type: Permanent

Start Date: ASAP

Location: Barnet

Salary: £20 per hour

A Plasterer is required, working for a local social housing contractor. The Plasterer role will involve carrying out maintenance works on occupied domestic properties. As well as plastering works, it would be ideal if you can carry out basic multi-trade works, such as tiling, plumbing, and carpentry. Must have previous social housing/domestic experience.

Daily responsibilities of a Plasterer are:

1. Carrying out plumbing works on domestic properties
2. Providing a high level of customer service
3. Using a PDA system to organise and complete jobs

Requirements of a Plasterer:

1. Must have a full UK driving licence
2. Must have previous social housing experience
3. Must have experience of using a PDA

Benefits for the Plasterer role:

1. Weekend work/Overtime available if wanted
2. Time and a half paid overtime, double time if job is done to completion
3. Monday to Friday 08:00 am - 17:00 pm
