An established industry player is seeking skilled plasterers to join their team in Eastbourne. This role involves working on diverse residential projects, ensuring high-quality plaster repairs and outstanding customer service. We are looking for experienced plasterers to join our team in Eastbourne. You will work with Lewes and Eastbourne Councils on a variety of residential projects, including occupied, void, and communal areas. Our team is committed to delivering work to the highest standards and providing outstanding customer service.
Your responsibilities will include all aspects of plaster repairs, from minor patch repairs to entire room replastering. This includes removal, patching, boarding, over-boarding, thermal boarding, and plastering. External works such as sand and cement renders are also part of the role.
Ensure the customer experience is central to all activities by maintaining a professional manner when communicating with service users, clients, and stakeholders. This includes appearance, company ID, vehicle condition, and adherence to Health & Safety standards. You may also be asked to obtain customer feedback upon completion of work.
Utilize electronic devices (PDA) to process all activities, including worksheets, timesheets, photographic evidence, van stock management, booking leave, vehicle inspections, safeguarding, risk assessments, and method statements.
All roles require candidates to have the right to work in the UK. Mears does not currently offer visa sponsorship. To drive a Mears vehicle, candidates must be over 21, have held their license for over 3 months, and have fewer than 9 points.
