Job Title: Plasterer - Property Services

Location: Barnet

Salary: £20 per hour

A Plasterer is required to work for a local social housing contractor. The role involves carrying out maintenance works on occupied domestic properties. In addition to plastering, it would be advantageous if you can perform basic multi-trade tasks such as tiling, plumbing, and carpentry. Previous social housing/domestic experience is essential.

Daily responsibilities include:

1. Carrying out plumbing works on domestic properties
2. Providing high-quality customer service
3. Using a PDA system to organize and complete jobs

Requirements:

1. Must hold a full UK driving license
2. Previous social housing experience
3. Experience using a PDA

Benefits:

1. Weekend work/overtime available if desired
2. Time and a half paid overtime; double time if the job is completed
3. Monday to Friday, 08:00 am - 5:00 pm
4. Van and fuel card provided
