Job summary

Fawkes & Reece Group seeks an experienced plasterer to join a social housing refurbishment project in Barnsley. You will skim ceilings and board walls across Wombwell, Hoyland, Goldthorpe and Thurnscoe, working 37.5 hours per week on a long-term assignment.

The ideal candidate has proven plastering experience, owns tools and transport, and holds a valid CSCS card. UKATA awareness or willingness to complete it before starting is required, and you must be able to provide two checkable references.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a plasterer.
• Own tools and transport.
• Valid CSCS card.
• UKATA Asbestos Awareness or willingness to complete before starting.
• Be clean shaven for the face fit test on first day.
• Be able to provide 2 references if not previously worked with Fawkes & Reece.

Responsibilities

• Skimming ceilings and boarding in Barnsley sites.
• Work on social housing refurbishment projects.
• 38.0 hours per week (37.5 stated).

Experienced Plasterer required to start ASAP in Barnsley on a social housing refurbishment. This position is long term.

The properties are based in the following areas: Wombwell, Hoyland, Goldthorpe and Thurnscoe.

Our client is a large main contractor specialises in domestic and commercial refurbishments.

The Role

This project is working in Barnsley skimming ceilings and boarding. It's working 37.5 hours per week.
