A regional healthcare provider in Dorchester is seeking a motivated Orthopaedic Practitioner/Plaster Technician. You will assess patient care needs, provide plastering services, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Ideal candidates will have a British Casting Certificate, BOA Registration, and recent experience in a plaster room. This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship and requires appropriate right to work documentation.

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Orthopaedic Practitioner / Plaster Technician to join our friendly and supportive team at Dorset County Hospital.

To be responsible for assessing individual patient care needs and developing, implementing and evaluating plans of care for patients in accordance with agreed policies and professional guidelines. To provide a plastering service for the orthopaedic wards, clinics, theatres, fracture clinics and Emergency Department. To work flexibly to meet the needs of the service.
