Responsibilities

• Taking care of our hire equipment – ensuring it is in great shape, safe to use, and ready when our customers need it
• Keeping maintenance records up to date, with clear documentation and easy tracking
• Helping to keep the workshop clean, tidy, and running smoothly
• Looking after the equipment in your branch and ensuring it is where it needs to be
• Safely delivering and collecting equipment – using our company vehicles
• Providing customers with a warm, helpful service experience – always in line with our standards
