About The Role

As a Fitter, you'll be based at your local service centre, traveling to various locations to maintain and repair equipment within our range, providing onsite service to customers. This includes identifying and documenting machine damage and maintaining accurate service and maintenance records. Effective communication is essential to keep Line Managers and Customers informed.

You will work alongside colleagues as a team player, taking pride in your workplace and ensuring high standards are maintained while adhering to company procedures and processes.

To succeed as a Mobile Fitter, you should have:

• Experience maintaining a wide range of plant equipment
• Ability to work well within a team
• Flexibility and self-motivation, with willingness to undertake training that may require overnight stays
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A customer-focused attitude with a commitment to service excellence
• Strong planning, organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy
• A valid driving license with no more than 6 points
