ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a new Plant Team member to join the Daylesford Garden Team.

SALARY: £12.38 per hour + tronc

HOURS: 40 hours per week

SHIFTS: Weekdays and Weekends

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Plants Maintenance (Weeding, watering, pruning).
2. Physical movement of stock up to 25KG.
3. Garden space Maintenance (cleaning, facing, moving items, creating exciting plants displays).
4. Helping customers regarding any request, questions, and advice.
5. Doing planting and creation for Daylesford Stays Gardens.
6. Helping with plant deliveries.
7. Stock labeling.
8. Assisting the plant manager to keep the garden space running and tidy.
9. Bring our purpose to life by driving meaningful social and environmental improvements, contributing to our journey as a B Corp, and aligning with our sustainability vision.
10. Inspire and empower our customers, suppliers, and partners to live and work more consciously, creating a lasting positive impact on the world.

SKILLS YOU WILL BRING
